Michelle had to remind herself that she was doing this for Patrick as she walked to Neil's room. She didn't care for him, he didn't treat her very nice so she tried to stay away from him, but she was friends with his big brother and well Patrick was taking care of his girl friend who needed him right now, so she was wanting to help out... She went knocking on his door as she saw him open it, glaring at her.

||Michelle||- Relax, your brother asked me to do a welfare check, make sure you're still breathing and not cooking and burning down your room... He also wants you to call him and let him know that you picked up your meds....

She said as she saw him grin a bit, as he wasn't taking his meds, with Pat being too busy to be babysitting his brother, Neil has been able to do what he wanted..

She just nodded looking at him, not going to fight with him about it as she started to leave. 

Michelle: Okay then.

She said as she knew she would just have to call Pat and let him know, and let his brother deal with him, knowing that he was the only one who could handle Neil, and keep him under control.

Neil had been watching the news and saw the weather report. He heard Michelle still outside.  He ran out and grabbed her then ran with her to the shelter.

Michelle looked around shaking her head as this place wasn't safe at all,

Michelle: No this place is gonna fall if any kind of wind hits it.  Come on. 

She said as she wasn't' going to be in this small place, and they had time so she got him out, she saw it was still clear out as she got them in her car and drove the short distance to her place. 

Michelle: There is a storm shelter in the back, my dad put it in ages ago, fully stocked and all.

She said as they went to the back, and opened it up as she let him in first and then followed.

She just nodded a bit as she moved around a bit, she pointed to some spots so he would know where he could sit or lay down or what not as she was just keeping her distance a bit waiting to be able to leave.. 

After a couple hours she checked things out and heard that the storm was over as she went opening the doors checking seeing there was hardly any damage.

Michelle: Well everything looks fine. 

She said as she started to leave as he grabbed her and tossed her back, she fell on her ass as she glared looking up at him, as he was grinning a bit. 

Michelle: What was that for you ass. 

She said as she started to get up as she didn't get why he always had to be such a jerk when she was nice to him...

Patrick waited until Michelle was gone then turned to glare at his brother.

"What in the fuck are you doing? I've raised you from the time you were four years old and this is the way you repay me? By being a little punk ass kid who thinks he knows everything about the world?"

He pushed Neil up against a wall and got into his face practically yelling at him.

"You are nothing. You have always been nothing. You will always be nothing. I wish the storm would have killed you and finally rid me of having to deal with you."

He saw the look in Neil's eyes and rolled his own.

"You have been nothing but a nuisance to me since you were a kid. Why couldn't you have died along with them like you were supposed to? I would have had a much happier life without having to deal with you."

He didn't let Neil run when he tried. He pushed him back against the wall and punched him in the face.

"You know better than to leave when I'm talking to you."

She said as she lost hers, they all died on her and she had been alone for so long and didn't wish that on anyone, she knew pat was dealing with a lot, and wasn't thinking, or acting like himself, as she had never seen him angry...

Neil looked at her and saw that even though she had just seen what Patrick was truly like when alone with Neil, she was still taking his side.

She didn't want to talk to him about this until he was medicated right, then she would talk with him with Dr. Sweet, she could tell that Pat was acting differently lately, and wondered if it had anything to do with his girlfriend, seeing as her twin sister was Ariel.. 

Michelle: Everything will be alright. 

She said as once they were at the clinic he was back on his meds and they were talking about Patrick. 

Dr. Sweet:  I'll tell him to bring in Nikita and then we'll see what he is doing, he may have been drugged himself. 

She said as she wasnt' too surprised and had a few cases come in already like that as Michelle nodded knowing they knew what they were doing...

She said as she was thinking about it... But in her defense he should of spoke out ages ago , and showed that, but he didn't.. So she didn't feel she was to blame for how she thought...

He sat there watching out the window. He wasn't tired and didn't feel like doing anything else. So he just sat there. 

He looked at the phone when it rang. He saw his brother's name and ignored the call. He didn't want to talk to him.

He heard the tap on the door and thought about ignoring that also.

Michelle: I know he doesn't hate you.  I know for a fact he doesn't.  Back when you first assaulted me and you were first found to be sick.  He went to a lot of trouble to make sure I didn't go to the police.  He held me captive pretty much in my place until I would listen to him about you.  He loves you, he loves you so much.. When I got to know him and you that night, I knew you were the most important thing to him, I'm sorry that things changed, and that things got bad for you both, but please believe me when I say he loves you...

"When I was little we were the best of friends. We did everything together. After our parents died, he changed. I was only ten at that time and I needed my big brother. But he wasn't really my brother anymore. At least not the brother I knew."

She remembered how things were when her family was killed.  She had felt so alone and she was for a long time, she shrugged a bit as she looked at him.

Michelle: It was just as hard on him as it was you, and a lot of things happened to you both in that time. 

She said as she thought about it. 

Michelle: I've also learned that you can't live in the past, you both have the chance to move on and be better now.

They sat and watched the show for awhile. He didn't realize when he started to doze off though. He hadn't slept well in years because of his brother and always being worried about what Patrick would do. Finally he was able to relax and all the lack of sleep caught up to him.

He didn't know how long he was sleeping there, but when he woke up, the tv was off, it was dark, and Michelle wasn't there. He managed to make it up to his room where he laid down. Problem was that he was no longer tired.

He did managed to get a few more hours of sleep in. By the time Michelle was awake, Neil had showered, dressed, and was in the kitchen cooking breakfast for the two of them. He smiled when she came into the room.
